Abstract:

Disclosed is a grinding plate of an electric motor-driven floor grinder, the grinding plate comprising a base plate (3), wherein the working face of the base plate (3) is an independent flat plate, and the working face of the base plate (3) has a width of 500 mm or above; the electric motor is a vertical-axis direct-drive electric motor which is directly or indirectly connected to the base plate (3); the lower surface of the base plate (3) is provided with a fixing device which fixedly mounts grinding blocks. The grinding plate of the electric motor-driven floor grinder is an independent grinding plate, has a working face, the size of which can be set as desired, can level a floor by means of grinding, and is driven by a large-torque direct-drive electric motor to achieve large torque. The grinding blocks can be removed and replaced to achieve fast and convenient maintenance. A middle plate is connected to the base plate by means of an elastic damping rubber ring, so as to achieve reduced starting torque and have a buffering effect. Mounting grooves can be alternately arranged in the circumferential direction or in the radial direction, such that mounted grinding blocks compensate for each other, thereby ensuring uniform and comprehensive grinding while reducing the number of grinding blocks.
