Abstract:

A grinding stone pellet (1) comprises a cylindrical base (2) fixed on a stand tray (9), and a grinding particle section (5) formed on the end surface (3) of the base (2) by electroless deposition and having a large number of grinding particles. In forming the grinding particle section (5), the distribution of grinding particles in the grinding particle section (5) can be uniformized by forming a plating layer on the end surface (3) of the base (2) while stirring a plating liquid containing grinding particles.
