Abstract:
A grinding system for eliminating crack sources of an inner tapered bore of a motor rotating shaft and a grinding method therefor; the grinding system comprises a movable device (1), a pneumatic gun (2), and a clamping device; the movable device (1) is configured to be detachably and fixedly mounted on an end cover of a driving end of a motor to be repaired, and has a movable part capable of moving axially relative to the inner tapered bore of said motor; the pneumatic gun (2) is clamped in the clamping device, and a grinding head (4) is mounted on the head portion of the pneumatic gun (2); the clamping device is rotatably connected to the movable part so as to move axially and synchronously with the movable part, and can rotate relative to the movable part so as to drive the feed of the grinding head (4); said grinding method comprises the steps: S1, positioning a pneumatic gun; S2, grinding crack sources; and S3, polishing grinded grooves. Using this grinding system and method requires low costs, does not require an additional working site, and can repair a motor at any time and on site, realizing the grinding operation of fatigue sources of a motor in a whole machine state, saving the process time, and reducing the repair cycle of a motor.
