Abstract:
A grinding wheel sheet (100), comprising a mesh cloth (10) and an abrasive (20) covering the mesh cloth (10). The grinding wheel sheet (100) is provided with a first annular area (1001) located on an outer ring and a second annular area (1002) located on an inner ring; the abrasive (20) comprises a primary abrasive (201) filling the first annular area (1001) and a secondary abrasive (202) filling the second annular area (1002); the bulk density of the primary abrasive (201) and the secondary abrasive (202) is between 1.54-2.11 g/cm3; the primary abrasive (201) contains 80-97.5% of aluminum oxide; the secondary abrasive (202) contains 40-90% of aluminum oxide; and the content of aluminum oxide in the primary abrasive (201) is greater than that in the secondary abrasive (202). The secondary abrasive (202) selects to contain less aluminum oxide than the primary abrasive (201), and the bulk density of the primary abrasive (201) and the secondary abrasive (202) is restricted in a limited range, so that the consistent elongation and strength of the grinding wheel sheet (100) as a whole is ensured, the side load capability of the grinding wheel sheet (100) is guaranteed, and the breakdown risk is reduced.
