Abstract:
A grinding method for a crankshaft is disclosed. A grinding wheel (1) is set on a vertical guiding rail (2); the vertical guiding rail is installed on a horizontal guiding rail (3); the main shaft (4) of the crankshaft is installed on a rotating shaft; the two guiding rails and the rotating shaft are driven by digital control system. The method includes the following processes: using grinding wheel to mill the main shaft; moving the grinding wheel to the eccentric shift (5); leading the grinding wheel running with eccentric shift to mill the eccentric shift. Wherein the center of the grinding wheel is kept the same height with the center of the eccentric shift.
