Abstract:
A grip exerciser (1), comprising: an elastic member (11), the elastic member (11) comprising an elastic main body (110) and two elastic legs (111, 111') respectively formed by extending two ends of the elastic main body (110); two hollow handles (12, 12'); and two hollow housings (13, 13'). The two housings (13, 13') are respectively movably provided on the two handles (12, 12'), the two elastic legs (111, 111') sequentially provided in the two housings (13, 13') and the two handles (12, 12') in a penetrating manner respectively, and the surfaces of the elastic legs (111, 111') have multiple concave portions (112) provided at intervals. The grip exerciser (1) further comprises handle limiting members (14) provided within the handles (12, 12'), and the handle limiting members (14) can be partially accommodated in the concave portions (112).
