Abstract:
A gripping device (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with claw holding parts (22a, 22b), a cam (27), and pins (26a, 26b). The claw holding parts (22a, 22b) are slidably supported by rails (23a, 23b). The cam (27) has provided therein a bent hole or spiral grooves (27a, 27b) about the rotation center, and is made of a sintered material. The pins (26a, 26b) are, at one ends thereof, engaged with the claw holding parts (22a, 22b) sides, and are, at the other ends, engaged with the bent hole or the grooves (27a, 27b) of the cam (27).
