Abstract:
A gripping tool is provided such that an adjustment of the front-back position of a fifth member with respect to a first member can be omitted even when there is a difference, at least in a closed state, between the distance between a first grip part and a second grip part and the thickness of an object to be gripped. The gripping tool is provided with a first member (710), a second member (720), a third member (730), a fourth member (740), and a fifth member (750). These members are rotatably connected with each other by means of a first pivot (791), a second pivot (792), a third pivot (793), and a fourth pivot (794), respectively, thereby forming a link mechanism. The fifth member (750) can move in the front-back direction while being guided over both ends of the fourth pivot (794) by a groove that is formed at a position corresponding to X. In addition, an elastic body (760) for biasing the fifth member (750) forward is present on the back of the fifth member (750).
