Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to easily adopt a design in which the performance of a racket is changed according to the structure of a cylindrical part. A grommet (25-28) is configured from a cylindrical part (32) which is attached so as to traverse a through hole (23) formed in a frame (20) of a racket (10) and which has a string (21) passing therethrough. The string is provided in the frame in a tensioned state and constitutes the front and back surfaces serving as ball hitting surfaces (22). The cylindrical part comprises: first formation parts (35) that constitute both sides about the center axis position (C); and second formation parts (36) that constitute both sides about the center axis position, rotated around the center axis position by 90 degrees from the first formation parts. The first formation parts or the second formation parts are provided on both sides in the front-back direction. The first formation parts and the second formation parts have different rigidity.
