The purpose of the present invention is to provide a grommet having more reliable water stop performance. The grommet is provided with: a wire harness insertion section; an annular pressing section which can be disposed so as to face one main surface of a vehicle body panel; a positioning section which can come into contact with the inner periphery of a through-hole from the other main surface side of the vehicle body panel; and a water stop section which is provided on the annular pressing section. The water stop section includes: a first annular water stop section which gradually expands from an annular pressing surface toward the positioning section; a second annular water stop section which, on the outer peripheral side of the first annular water stop section, gradually expands from the annular pressing surface toward the positioning section; and an annular connection section which connects the front end peripheral edge of the first annular water stop section and the base end peripheral edge of the second annular water stop section. The annular connection section is formed in a shape which extends from the base end peripheral edge of the second annular water stop section toward the inner periphery of the water stop section and then extends toward the front end peripheral edge of the first annular water stop section.
