Abstract:
A groove-type dynamic pressure gas radial bearing, comprising a bearing outer sleeve (1) and a bearing inner sleeve (2), an outer circumference surface and two end surfaces of the bearing inner sleeve (2) being provided with regularly shaped groove-type patterns, the groove-type pattern of one end surface being a mirror image of the groove-type pattern of the other end surface, axial contour lines of the groove-type pattern of the outer circumference surface corresponding to radial contour lines of the groove-type patterns of the two end surfaces in a one-to-one manner, said axial contour lines joining up with said radial contour lines. The groove-type dynamic pressure gas radial bearing implements a 1 – 3 kg load capacity and a 200,000 – 450,000 rpm limit rotating speed, satisfying the application of the dynamic pressure gas radial bearing in the field of ultra-high speeds wherein the load is relatively large.
