Title:
GROOVED RESIN MOLDED PART
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/125999
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a grooved resin molded part which when jointed to another molded part, can form a composite molded product having an enhanced strength. This grooved resin molded part (10) contains an inorganic filler (11) and has multiple grooves (12) formed by removing the resin partially, wherein the inorganic filler (11) is exposed in these multiple grooves (12). The depth of the grooves (12) is preferably at least one-half of the length of the grooves (12) in the shorter direction. It is preferable that: the inorganic filler (11) has a fibrous shape; the longer direction of the inorganic filler (11) is different from that of the grooves (12); and the length of the grooves (12) in the shorter direction is shorter than that of the inorganic filler (11) in the longer direction. Further, in a case where the grooved resin molded part (10) is used for composite molding, it is preferable that the space between adjacent grooves (12) is somewhat large, while in a case where the molded part (10) is used for surface observation, it is preferable that the space therebetween is as small as possible. The grooved resin molded part (10) is obtained by subjecting a resin molded part containing the inorganic filler (11) to laser irradiation, chemical treatment or the like to form multiple grooves in which the inorganic filler (11) is exposed.
