Abstract:
A group of glass substrates, which includes multiple glass substrates Gs, wherein each of the multiple glass substrates Gs has a rectangular shape having a first side Ga along a sheet-drawing direction X and a second side Gb along a direction Y orthogonal to the sheet-drawing direction X, and each of the first side Ga and the second side Gb has a length of 1000 mm or more and a thickness of 2.0 mm or less. When seven evaluation regions A to G, which are arranged at regular intervals as observed in the direction of the second sides Gb and which have the same size, are provided in each of the multiple glass substrates Gs and the difference in deflection between the front surface and the back surface in each of the seven evaluation areas A to G is measured, the amount of change in the difference in deflection between the front surface and the back surface in each of the seven evaluation regions A to G is 0.4 mm or less.
