Provided is a group management device for elevators such that it is possible to avoid meeting a specific user when getting out of a car. This group management device for elevators comprises: a storage unit which stores personal identification information, destination floor information, and specific user identification information in association with each other; a car registration unit which associates call information, in which the floor corresponding to the destination floor information of a first user is set as a destination floor, to the personal identification information and the specific user identification information and registers the call information; a call allocation unit which, if the floor corresponding to the destination floor information is the same as the floor corresponding to the destination floor information associated with the call associated with the personal identification information of a second user corresponding to the specific user identification information, allocates, to the call corresponding to the first user, a car different from the car allocated to the call corresponding to the second user; and a control unit which controls the elevator so that the first user and the second user get out of the car at different timings on the floor corresponding to the destination floor information.
