Abstract:
A grow lamp and a light-emitting member manufacturing process. The grow lamp comprises a light source module (100), a heat dissipation module (200), an intelligent light control module (400), a light following system control module (500), a transmission device module (600), a load-bearing balancing module (700), and a power supply module (300). The light-emitting member manufacturing process comprises: manufacturing light source packages, connecting the same in series or in parallel, or both in series and in parallel, to form a chip combination unit, producing a single chip combination unit according to a certain scale, and performing parallel connection to form a light-emitting member. The grow lamp replaces a conventional HO fluorescent lamp used in a seedling period and a vegetative period of growth of a plant and a conventional HID high-pressure gas discharge lamp or HPS high-pressure sodium lamp or CMH ceramic metal halide lamp used in a flowering period and a mature period of the plant, provides good light quality and light intensity, improves photoelectric conversion efficiency, has a long product service life, improves a planting space utilization rate, and reduces power costs, procurement costs, and post-maintenance costs. The grow lamp has a simple overall structure, and is easy to use.
