Abstract:
Provided is a guidance assistance system, etc., for reducing the impact pertaining to situations in which a crowd deviates from a travel route. The guidance assistance system is provided with: a deviation risk assessment unit for deriving, on the basis of information relating to the conditions of the travel route and routes associated with the travel route, the deviation risk representing the impact relating to a crowd at predetermined locations on the travel route deviating from the travel route; and a priority sequence determining unit for determining, on the basis of the deviation risk, a priority sequence relating to disposing guidance signs for guiding the crowd.
