Abstract:
A guidance device (100) according to one embodiment is provided with: an acquisition means (111) for acquiring a photographic image of a visitor photographed by an imaging device; a face authentication means (112) for carrying out face authentication on a facial region of a visitor as extracted from the photographic image acquired by the acquisition means (111); an identification means (113) for identifying reservation information for the visitor if the face authentication carried out by the face authentication means (112) has succeeded; a determination means (114) for determining a guidance location on the basis of the reservation information identified by the identification means (113) and the arrival time of the visitor; and an output means (115) for outputting information about a route to the guidance location determined by the determination means (114).
