In the present invention, an appropriate ad is delivered to a user to guide the user to a store, and also determines whether the user was guided by the ad. A guidance system of the present invention is provided with: a first wireless device that transmits a first wireless signal that includes first identification information; a second wireless device that transmits a second wireless signal that includes second identification information; and a communication terminal that receives the first identification information and the second identification information included, respectively, in the first wireless signal and second wireless signal. A first database stores presentation information for guiding a user of a communication terminal to a specific location, in association with the first identification information. A second database stores the second identification information corresponding to the first identification information, in association with the first identification information. A communication unit receives the first identification information or the second identification information. A determination unit determines, on the basis of the second database, whether the second identification information corresponds to the first identification information.
