Abstract:
Disclosed are a guide assembly configured to achieve stable needle output, an ablation apparatus, and an ablation system. The guide assembly is configured to achieve stable needle output and guide an ablation needle to puncture into a ventricular septum. The guide assembly comprises: a sheath and a catheter. The sheath is configured to enter the aorta, such that a distal-end opening of the sheath is positioned inside the ascending aorta. The catheter is movably arranged through the sheath, and can extend out of the distal end of the sheath and cross the aortic valve to enter the left ventricle. The maximum length of the part of the catheter protruding out of the distal end of the sheath in the X direction is at least 10 mm, and the X direction is a direction that generally extends from the left ventricle to the right ventricle.
