The present invention relates to a guide for an endless stroke-type polygonal needle bearing which is manufactured to maintain durability and low noise, retention, and high rigidity, while smoothly performing endless linear reciprocating movement. For this end, in the guide for an endless stroke-type polygonal needle bearing: a connecting ring formed at the left and right sides of the needle bearing retainer are disposed on the top surface of a guide rail, and defines a circulation slot therein so that a cyclic-type needle bearing retainer can endlessly circulate and be assembled and fastened between the inner surface and the outer surface of an out sleeve so as to hold a needle bearing in an axial direction for the needle bearing to roll smoothly; and an R-Piece is configured in a semicircular shape so as to enable a cyclic-type retainer holding the needle bearing at both ends of the out sleeve to circulate smoothly, and has a circulation slot defined in the semicircular inner side thereof, and an End Cap mounted to the outside thereof, so that the needle bearing cyclic-type retainer assembled in a polygonal structure can smoothly circulate.
