Abstract:
A guide mechanism, wherein, when a guide block (20) is positioned on both end sides of a guide rail (18), the guide block (20) is positioned accurately at a specified position because rollers (50) are positioned at places where the rollers are supported by hard supporting members (28a, 28b) of a rail member (36) whereas, when the guide block (20) is positioned on the center side of the guide rail (18), a rail member (36) is bent slightly due to elasticity of an elastic supporting member (32) even if the positional accuracy of the guide rail (18) on the center side is lowered due to deflection, twisting, or bending, whereby an overload applied to the rail member (36) can be reduced.
