Abstract:
A guide table device comprising a lower plate (10) having a pair of rolling element
rolling grooves (11) formed in a first (X) direction, an upper plate (30) having
a pair of rolling element rolling grooves (31) formed in a second (Y) direction,
an intermediate member (20) including a rectangular profile having, at its four
sides, four rolling element rolling grooves (21) disposed oppositely to the
pair of rolling element rolling grooves (11) in the lower plate (10) and the pair
of rolling element rolling grooves (31) in the upper plate (30), and a plurality
of rolling elements (40) rollingly disposed between four rolling element rolling
routes formed by the lower plate (10), the upper plate (30), and the intermediate
member (20). The four rolling element rolling grooves (21) formed at the four
sides of the intermediate member (20) are formed on a same plane. As a result, the
novel guide table device reduced in size and weight can be provided while maintaining
high rigidity and high guide accuracy.
