Abstract:
The disclosed invention relates to a guide template comprising: a supporting part for covering the buccal, lingual, and occlusal sides of at least one tooth; and a surgical part having a bushing, which is embedded therein and guides a drill for drilling an alveolar bone, wherein each of the supporting part and the surgical part of the guide template includes: a first thermoplastic sheet layer disposed on the inner side of the tooth side; and a second thermoplastic sheet layer joined to the outer side of the first thermoplastic sheet layer, and having a thickness thicker than the first thermoplastic sheet layer.
