Abstract:
Provided are a guide wire torsion control device and an apparatus thereof. The guide wire torsion control device comprises a main body (1) and a cap (2) connected to the main body (1). The main body (1) comprises a cavity segment (5), a first connecting part (3) fixed to the cap (2), and a retractable and expandable petal structure (7). The first connecting part (3) is fixedly connected between the cavity segment (5) and the petal structure (7). The inside of the main body (1) is of a hollow structure, and is used for holding a guide wire (6). The petal structure (7) is used for locking the guide wire (6). The cap (2) comprises a second connecting part (8) matching the first connecting part (3), a transition region (10), and a third connecting part connected to a catheter connector (17). The transition region (10) is fixedly connected between the second connecting part (8) and the third connecting part, and is used to fold up the petal structure (7). The inside of the cap (2) is of a hollow structure, and is used for accommodating the main body (1) and the guide wire (6). The apparatus can be used for transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE), and can lock the catheter, control the guide wire (6) to move and rotate, and mark the position of the guide wire (6).
