Abstract:
The present application provides a guiding and smoothing mechanism and a guiding and smoothing apparatus; a piece to be smoothed which is used for smoothing a cylindrical electrode assembly is bent and attached to a circular end face of an end to be smoothed; the guiding and smoothing mechanism comprises a mounting base and an elastic guiding component; the mounting base is provided with a supporting plane; the elastic guiding component is disposed on the mounting base, and the elastic guiding component is provided with an inclined surface; the inclined surface is arranged around a central axis perpendicular to the supporting plane and is located on a side of the elastic guiding component facing away from the supporting plane; from the side of the inclined plane near the central axis to the side of the inclined plane away from the central axis, at least a part of the inclined plane is inclined along the direction away from the supporting plane; the inclined face is configured to elastically deform in the direction towards the supporting plane when being pressed, so as to guide the piece to be smoothed to be bent and cooperate with the supporting plane to smooth the piece to be smoothed on the circular end face. The guiding and smoothing mechanism provided in the present application can improve the operation efficiency and yield of the bending and smoothing of the piece to be smoothed.
