Abstract:
A Guiling jelly containing ephedra fruits is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of ephedra fruits and 60-90 parts of Guiling jelly powder. The Guiling jelly containing ephedra fruits has the specific sour and sweet taste of the ephedra fruits. It is refreshing and pleasing and is rich in nutrition. It not only can satisfy people's taste but has effects of heat-clearing and detoxifying, activating blood circulation and reducing pressure, and certain health-care and cosmetic effects. Ephedra fruits and the Guiling jelly are combined for the first time to promote the development and high-value utilization of ephedra fruit resources. The preparation method for the Guiling jelly containing ephedra fruits uses ephedra fruits which are rarely developed and utilized as a food raw material to be developed; and the preparation method is perfect and mature in process and is highly feasible to be put into the market.
