Abstract:
A preparation method for sludge ash. The method comprises the following steps: 1) drying sludge, then calcining same at a high temperature, and then rapidly cooling; and 2) crushing the cooled sludge to obtain sludge ash. Gypsum blocks. The addition of sludge ash into gypsum block components is beneficial for the comprehensive utilization of sludge solid waste. By adding the sludge ash and using desulfurized gypsum, phosphogypsum and titanium gypsum clinkers, the product is economic and environmentally friendly, the pollution of solid waste to the environment is reduced, and the cyclic utilization of the solid waste is facilitated.
