Abstract:
Provided are a gypsum slurry agglomeration treatment method and device, the method includes: obtaining the mechanical structure parameters of the mixer, modeling the mixer to obtain the corresponding mixer model according to the mechanical structure parameters, wherein, the mechanical structure parameters of the mixer include: the parameters of each part of the mixer except the stirring pin and the stirring parameter; based on the current stirring parameter of the mixer, the parameter information of the gypsum slurry mixture and the working mode of the mixer, using the above mixer model to perform simulation to obtain the velocity cloud image of the gypsum slurry mixture in the mixer; based on the velocity cloud image, analyzing the gypsum slurry agglomeration in the mixer to obtain an analysis result; based on the analysis result, performing agglomeration treatment on the mixer.
