Abstract:
A gypsum whiskers-based PVC foaming synthetic leather and preparation method therefor, comprising a cloth base material, a foaming layer, and a surface layer. The foaming layer comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 95-105 parts of PVC resin, 40-50 parts of gypsum whiskers, 40-50 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 75-85 parts of a plasticizer, 3.5-4.0 parts of a stabilizer, 4.5-5.5 parts of a foaming agent, and 9.5-10.5 parts of color cakes. The surface layer comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 65-75 parts of PVC resin, 10-20 parts of gypsum whiskers, 46-52 parts of a plasticizer, 1.5-3 parts of a stabilizer, and 4.5-5.5 parts of color cakes. The preparation steps are as follows: (1) calcining; (2) dosing; (3) compounding, milling and filtering; (4) calendering and laminating; (5) foaming; and (6) embossing, cooling, and rolling; so that a gypsum whiskers-based PVC foaming synthetic leather finished product is obtained.
