Abstract:
The spider (11) of this gyratory crusher has a spider arm (51) which is mounted to the upper part of a frame and an arm liner (52) which is mounted to the outer surface of the spider arm (52). The spider arm (51) has an arm-side protrusion (55), and the arm liner (51) has an opening (64) having the arm-side protrusion (55) inserted therein. An affixation member (56) is inserted in the space between the outer surface of the arm-side protrusion (55) and the inner surface of the opening (64). The outer surface of the affixation member (56) is engaged with the outer surface of the arm-side protrusion (55) and with the inner surface of the opening (64), and thus the spider arm (51) and the arm liner (52) are connected. This simple configuration enables the stable operation of the gyratory crusher while high operating rate is maintained with high reliability.
