Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hair care cosmetic composition containing a growth factor for promoting the regeneration and growth of follicular cells, a basic fibroblast growth factor variant with increased stability, and a Noggin peptide. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition capable of promoting the generation and growth of hair through regeneration and differentiation of follicular cells, inhibiting a follicular cell apoptotic factor, suppressing androgenic hair loss, and realizing the improvement of blood circulation and the supply of nutritional factors. According to the present invention, the use of the cosmetic composition containing a growth factor complex containing a growth factor, a stabilized fibroblast growth factor variant, and a Noggin peptide, of the present invention, has an effect of promoting the regeneration and growth of follicular cells, thus promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss.
