Abstract:
A hair curler characterized in that an electrical heating element (7), in which a heat wire (4) covered with a covering material is connected to a terminal inside a cap (1) having the terminal (2) embedded therein and is wound around a cylindrical heat transmission body (5) disposed on the outside thereof, is received in a rod (8) of heat-resistant plastic material having an opening (12) at one end thereof, with the opening (12) being sealed by the cap (1). The invention is intended to achieve weight saving of the hair curler and simplification of the hair waving device, and provides a hair waving technique applying method enhancing the hair waving technique workability and the degree of freedom for a subject person.
