Description:
HAIR-DYEING DEVICE

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Technical field of the invention

In the hair-dressing industry, both for men and women, hair coloration and decoloration or interventions that imply hair dyeing, wholly or partly, using liquids and more or less fluid pastes plays an important role.

The conventional technique provides for the use of bowls and brushes or spatula such purpose.

Systems with disposable or re-utilisable container/distributor are also known, but all such systems of the prior art reveal the operating rigidity drawback, in that they are difficult to adapt to the various use requirements, and/or difficulty in executing the relative cleaning interventions.

Objects of the invention

Thus, the main object of the present invention, within the framework defined above, is that of providing an instrument for professional hairdressers adapted to facilitate the application of dyes, liquids and pastes to the hair. Another object of the present invention is to attain the preceding object by means of an instrument as modular and polyvalent as possible in relation to the types of application attainable with the relative assistance.

Still, another object of the present invention is to attain the preceding objects through a maintenance and cleaning instrument that is as simple as possible.

A further object of the present invention is to attain the preceding objects through a simple and efficient instrument, that is safe in the operation and relatively inexpensive considering the results practically attained therewith.

Summary of the solution concept

These and other objects are attained by means of the structure for hair-dyeing device according to the present invention, comprising a bottle trunk (1) at least partly elastically deformable made integral by means of an assembly having a ring nut (3) with a funnel collector (2) distally associable to the diffuser device (4) configured according to the most common hair dyeing methods.

Static description of the embodiment

With reference to such figures, and in particular to figure 1, a bottle trunk, for example cylindrical, made of plastic material, at least partly elastically deformable, containing a fluid 5, for example and preferably a hair dye is indicated with 1, and a funnel collector, also made of plastic material, but not necessarily elastically deformable, but, preferably, more rigid with respect to the bottle 1, with which it shares the circular base is indicated with 2.

In the same figure 1 a ring nut, preferably made of the same material constituting the collector 2, adapted to provide the joining between the bottle 1 and the collector 2 is indicated with 3, while a diffuser device, herein defined of third type according to the order of description that follows is indicated with 4C.

The opening 6 of the bottle 1 is defined by an annular edge 7, adapted for abutment against the opening 8 of the collector 2, on whose proximal outer band there is provided a thread 9.

The inner surface of the ring nut 3 has a thread 10 complementary to the thread 9 of the proximal outer band of the collector 2, at whose end there is defined a groove 11 where the annular edge 7 of the opening 6 of the bottle 1 is housed.

Also on the outer distal band of the collector 2 there is provided a thread 12 adapted to interact with threads 13 provided on the openings 14 of the diffusers 4.

In figures 5 to 10 included there is illustrated a first type of diffuser device indicated in its entirety with 4A, constituted by a spatula- like spreader 15 A, within which the relative opening 14A introduces into a fissure-like expansion chamber 16 A, externally defined by a neck 17, adapted to be inserted into a flexible cap 18 with crested edge 19 and holes 20 for releasing the content (also see figures 9 and 10).

In figures 11 and 12 there is illustrated a second type of diffuser device indicated in its entirety with 4B, constituted by a spatula- like spreader 15B, within which the relative opening 14B introduces into a fissure-like expansion chamber 16B terminating between two rows of bristles 21. In figures 13 and 14 there is illustrated a third type of diffuser device indicated in its entirety with 4C, constituted by a spatula-like spreader 15C, within which the relative opening 14C introduces into a fissure-like expansion chamber 16C terminating between two rows of teeth 22.

In figures 15 and 16 there is illustrated a fourth type of diffuser device indicated in its entirety with 4D, constituted by a conical spreading device 15D, within which the relative opening 14D introduces into a conduit 16D terminating in a pronounced spout 23.

In figures 17 and 18 there is illustrated a fifth type of diffuser device indicated in its entirety with 4E, constituted by a conical spreading device 15E, within which the relative opening 14E introduces into a conduit 16E terminating in a V-shaped spout 24, for the purposes to be outlined hereinafter.

Dynamic description of the embodiment

Thus having completed the static description of the preferred embodiments of the structure for hair-dyeing device according to the present invention, following is the dynamic description thereof, i.e. the relative operation:

The bottle 1 may be filled with an appropriate dose of any fluid 5 for hairdressing purposes, such as dyeing, bleaching products, or any other product;

By fastening the ring nut 3 the bottle 1 may thus be secured to the funnel collector 2 and at the apex of the latter there may be fastened the type of diffuser device 4 most suitable to the application requirements:

For example, the spatula- like spreaders of the first, second or third type (15 A, 15B, 15C) with crest (19) or with bristles (21) or with comb (22) for spread applications on the entire hair or most of it, the conical spreading devices (15D, 15E) with spouts (23, 24) for circumscribed interventions on locks of hair, i.e. streaks, "highlights" and the like.

The use requires simple pressure on the elastically deformable body of the bottle 1, with ensuing outflow of the fluid 5 from holes contingently provided in the diffusers 4; after using, the assembly can be easily dismounted and easily cleaned and washed for other operations.

Alternative embodiment

It is obvious that in further alternative implementations falling within the concept solution subtended to the embodiments illustrated above and claimed below, the structure for hair-dyeing device according to the present invention can be obtained using equivalent technical and mechanical elements, or supplemented with further integrating solutions, just like all the configurations of the relative components may vary to suit the purpose.

Advantages of the invention

As clear from the previous detailed description of the preferred embodiments and with the previous reference to some variant embodiments, the structure for hair-dyeing device according to the present invention offers advantages corresponding to the attainment of the preset objects and other objects: actually, it integrates a functional, modular, polyvalent and inexpensive device adapted to allow any application of fluids to the hair, which can be reutilised without limits and easily cleaned.
