Abstract:
Disclosed are a hair perm forming oxidizing agent containing hydrogen water, and a hair perm forming method using the same. Provided are a hair perm forming oxidizing agent and a hair perm forming method using the hair perm forming oxidizing agent, the hair perm forming oxidizing agent being capable of improving side effects related to scalp and hair cause by hydrogen peroxide (HO) and sodium bromate (Br) which have been used as hair perm forming oxidizing agents, and being capable of maintaining excellent curl forming ability and sustaining ability.
