Abstract:
Provided are a hair and/or skin composition, a hair and/or skin treatment method, and a device for the hair and/or skin, that can achieve a highly uniform application even when the amount of incorporation of components that commonly exert actions and effects is increased. The hair and/or skin composition has an evaporation residue of at least 1.0 mass% and is discharged in mist form from a device that has an air blowing element that produces an air current. The hair and/or skin treatment method uses a composition that has an evaporation residue of at least 1.0 mass% and that is discharged in mist form from a device that has an air blowing element that produces an air current. The device for the hair and/or skin comprises a tank that stores a composition that has a evaporation residue of at least 1.0 mass%, and a mist-generating element that discharges the composition in the tank in mist form.
