Abstract:
[Problem] In order for the benefits of a treatment solution to take effect, namely for hair to absorb nutrients, the solution needs to be evenly coated on hair and maintained in that state for a set time, but it is not desirable that the solution is in contact with the scalp for a long time. In addition, it is difficult to evenly coat hair with a treatment solution, and there is often unevenness. [Solution] When hair tongs (1,2) are closed, a cavity section (5) is formed on the inner side of the tongs (1,2) along the lengthwise direction thereof, and when mist, generated by an ultrasonic vibrator (11), is supplied to the cavity section (5) via a mist supply opening (10), the mist is released further to the outside than through-holes (6), and imparted to hair which is wound around the outer perimeter of the hair tongs (1,2).
