Abstract:
Provided are a treatment method, whereby not only the gloss of hair but the thickness, flexibility and strength thereof can be restored, and packed agents to be used therefor. A carbonic acid-containing treatment solution is prepared by dissolving sodium hydrogen carbonate in a first packing bag (5), citric acid in a second packing bag (6) and an appropriate treatment agent in hot water. Then, hair is treated with the carbonic acid-containing treatment solution.
