With reference to such figures, and in particular to figure 1, a U-shaped curvilinear rule - on whose perimeter there are extended rows of conical teeth 5 and 6, the first order of teeth 5 is directed coplanar to the rule 1 , the second order of teeth 6 is directed orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1, so that an angle of 90° is comprised between the axis of the teeth 5 and 6 - is indicated with 1.

The prongs of the rule 1 end with respective apical couplings 7 and they respectively carry two parallel slots 8 and 9 in relative proximity;

the outer slots 8 are arranged continuing the line which extends on the bottom of the right angle comprised between the rows of teeth 5 and 6, at whose curve two external retention reliefs 11 are provided symmetrically;

the inner slots 9 are arranged continuing a ridge 10 which extends inside the row of teeth 6 orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1, at whose curve two inner retention reliefs 12 are provided symmetrically, while, in the extension thereof along the prongs of the rule 1, the ridge 10 expands into two opposite internal brackets 13.

At the median part with respect to the relative curve in the rule 1 a slit 14, for the purposes illustrated in detail hereinafter, and a coupling 15 for inserting a rear support 16 are provided for.

A wire, preferably made of harmonic steel, curvilinear-shaped with base shaped to form a "U" like the rule 1, equally-spaced with respect to the latter, having hooks 17 at the apices, adapted to be alternatingly inserted into the parallel slots 8 and 9 of the rule 1, for the purposes illustrated in detail hereinafter, is indicated with 2. A ruler, comprising a row 18 of upper conical teeth and a series of slots 19, three in the described embodiment, symmetrically provided on the two relative sides, for interaction with the apical couplings 7 of the rule 1 is then indicated with 3.

At the median part, the ruler 3 also carries a spirit level 20 and a coupling 21 for inserting a front support 22.

Another wire, preferably made of harmonic steel, shaped straight like the ruler 3, equally-sized with respect to the latter, having hooks 23 at the apices, adapted to be inserted into the apical holes 24 of the ruler 3, for the purposes illustrated in detail hereinafter, is indicated with 4.

An accessory constituted by a removable trellis structure, substantially racket- shaped, adapted to be housed within the shape of the rule 1, by lying on the opposite internal brackets 13 of the ridge 10, provided with a rear appendage 26, adapted to be inserted into the slit 14 provided at the median part with respect to the curve in the rule 1, and a front appendage 27 projecting towards ruler 3, at the median part with respect thereto, for the purposes illustrated further in detail hereinafter, is indicated with 25 in figures 9 and 10.

An accessory integrating a complementary element of the ruler 3, constituted by a straight shape which can be superimposed with respect thereto, provided with a row of holes 29 at a row of teeth 18 of the ruler 3 and a grip structure 30 is indicated with 28 in figure 15.

An accessory integrating a first complementary element of the rule 1, constituted by a curved shape which can be superimposed with respect thereto, provided with a row of holes 32 at a row of teeth 6 orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1 is indicated with 31 in figure 16; The curved shape 31 has - within an area thereof - an integral trellis structure 33, two containment flanges 34 inside the apices and two gripping portions 35 inside - at the median part - the prongs.

An accessory integrating a second complementary element of the rule 1, constituted by a curved shape which can be applied therearound, provided with a row of holes 37 at a row of teeth 5 coplanar to the rule 1 and two apical gripping structures 38 is indicated with 36 in figure 19.

An electric razor is indicated with 39 while the hair of a human shape - also schematically illustrated herein, for the purposes to be specified hereinafter - is indicated with 40 in figures 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18 and 20.

Dynamic description of the embodiment

Thus having completed the static description of the preferred embodiments of the hairdressing device according to the present invention, following is the dynamic description thereof, i.e. the relative operation:

The rule 1 can be horizontally, or substantially horizontally, applied around the client's head or neck, with curvilinear section overlooking the nape, as illustrated in figure 4 around the human shape, thus graduating the stretching apart thereof through alternative insertion of the respective apical couplings 7 into the two symmetrical series of slots 19 of the ruler 3, so that the hair 40 is evenly distributed between the teeth 5 constituting the row or order coplanar to the rule 1 ;

The curvilinear wire 2 can thus be arranged in the seat constituted by the line which extends on the bottom of the right angle comprised between the rows of teeth 5 and 6, fixed beneath the two external retention reliefs 11 and the apices by inserting the respective hooks 17 into the outer slots 8. The structure, suitably levelled horizontally by means of the spirit level 20, is held at position through the rear 16 and front 22 supports.

In such arrangement, the hair 40 can be cut in a perfectly levelled and even manner, simply by passing the razor 39 beneath the lower edge of the rule 1, as illustrated in figure 5.

In another application, the rule 1 can be positioned vertically, or inclined, on the client's shoulders, with the curvilinear portion facing downwards, as illustrated in figure 11, so that the hair 40 is evenly distributed between the teeth 6 of a row orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1, with which the removable trellis 25 - which, inserted in the slit 14 and lying on the brackets 13, keeps the hair 40 spread within the shape of the rule 1 - cooperates for the even distribution of hair;

The curvilinear wire 2 can thus be arranged in the seat constituted by the line which extends on the ridge 10 inside the row of teeth 6 orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1, fixed beneath the two internal retention reliefs 12 and the apices by inserting the relative hooks 17 into the inner slots 9.

The structure, suitably levelled vertically, or at the desired inclination, by means of the spirit level 20, is held at position by means of the rear support 16.

In such arrangement, the hair 40 can be cut in an evenly layered manner, as illustrated in figure 12 simply by passing the razor 39 beneath the perimeter edge of the rule 1.

In a further embodiment the rule 1 can be placed vertically, or inclined, on the client's shoulders, with the curvilinear portion facing upwards, as illustrated in figure 13, so that the hair 40 is evenly distributed between the teeth 18 of the ruler 3, with which the removable trellis 25 - which, inserted in the slit 14 and lying on the brackets 13, keeps the hair 40 spread within the shape of the rule 1 - cooperates for the even distribution of hair;

Thus the straight wire 4 can be associated to the ruler 3, fixed to the apices by inserting the relative hooks 23 into the apical holes 24.

The structure, suitably levelled vertically, or at the desired inclination, by means of the spirit level 20, is held at position by means of the front support 22.

In such arrangement, the hair 40 can be cut in a regularly levelled manner, as illustrated in figure 14 simply by passing the razor 39 beneath the edge of the ruler 3.

In a first embodiment, the rule 1 can be arranged vertically, or at the desired inclination, on the client's shoulders, with the curvilinear portion facing upwards, as illustrated in figure 17, so that the hair 40 is evenly distributed between the teeth 18, the ruler 3, with which the removable trellis 25 - which, inserted in the slit 14 and lying on the brackets 13, keeps the hair 40 spread within the shape of the rule 1 - cooperates for the even distribution of hair.

The straight shape 28 can thus be associated to the ruler 3, fixed by inserting the relative row of holes 29 into the row of teeth 18.

The structure, suitably levelled vertically, or at the desired inclination, by means of the spirit level 20, is held at position by means of the front support 22.

In such arrangement, the hair 40 can be cut in a perfectly levelled and even manner simply by passing the razor 39 beneath the edge of the ruler 3.

In a second embodiment, the rule 1 can be arranged vertically, or at the desired inclination, on the client's shoulders, with the curvilinear portion facing downwards, as illustrated in figure 18, so that the hair 40 is evenly distributed between the teeth 6 of the row orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1 , with which the removable trellis 25 - which, inserted in the slit 14 and lying on the brackets 13, keeps the hair 40 extended within the shape of the rule 1 - cooperates for the even distribution of hair;

The curved shape 31 can thus be associated to the rule 1 , fixed by inserting the relative row of holes 32 into the row of teeth 6 orthogonal to the plane of the rule 1; in such arrangement the trellis structure 33 integral with the curved shape 31 contributes to keeping the hair 40 at the appropriate position due to the abutment of the removable trellis 25.

The structure, suitably levelled vertically, or at the desired inclination, by means of the spirit level 20, is held at position by means of the rear support 16.

In such arrangement, the hair 40 can be cut in an evenly layered manner by simply passing the razor 39 beneath the perimeter edge of the rule 1.

In a third embodiment, the rule 1 can be horizontally, or substantially horizontally, applied around the client's head or neck, with the curvilinear portion overlooking the nape, as illustrated in figure 20 around the human shape, graduating the stretching apart thereof through alternative insertion of the respective apical couplings 7 into the two symmetrical series of slots 19 of the ruler 3, so that the hair 40 is regularly distributed between the teeth 5 constituting the row or order coplanar to the rule 1 ;

The curved shape 36 can thus be applied around the rule 1, fixed by inserting the relative row of holes 37 into the row of teeth 6 coplanar to the rule 1.

The structure, suitably levelled horizontally, or substantially horizontally, by means of the spirit level 20, is held at position by means of the rear 16 and front 22 supports. In such arrangement, the hair 40 can be cut in a perfectly levelled and even manner, as illustrated in figure 20 by simply passing the razor 39 beneath the lower edge of the rule 1.
