Abstract:
The present invention relates to a haidyeing apparatus which can make hairdyeing easily by using an extruded and mixed hairdye agent and oxidation agent and a comb device. According to the present invention, hairdye agent and oxidation agent are filled in one container (10) separately. If the button portion (50) for gathering two agents into the mixing chamber (30) is pushed, and then the two agents mixed in the mixing member (40) through the extrusion means (20). The mixed agents flow out of the comb (64) of comb device (60) and thus in this way, hair dying can be done.

What Is Claimed Is:
1. A hairdyeing apparatus such that a hairdye and an oxidizer are separately stored in one single container, and the separately stored hairdye and the oxidizer are gathered into one single mixing chamber, so that they may be mixed by means of a mixing member and exhausted to the outside for use.
2. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hairdye and the oxidizer are separately accommodated in the container, respectively, and compartments sealed by a sealing cap having a cork, are provided on each of lower ends, and a cover body having a joining tube is covered on an upper end of the container.
3. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the container further comprises an extruding means for gathering the hairdye and the oxidizer into one single mixing chamber; and the extruding means comprises: a ratchet rod; a ratchet wheel installed in a passing through manner; pistons installed in a lower ratchet screw extended to an inside of compartments and installed thereon; an elastic member positioned in a space below an upper cap, for pressing the ratchet wheel against a lower supporting cap; and a transferring tube connected between the upper cap and the mixing chamber.

The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the container further comprises a button part for operating the extruding means; and the button part comprises: a pressing piece having a plurality of pushing pieces including ratchet gears, for rotating, in one direction, the ratchet rod and each ratchet wheel installed in a valve; and an elastic member for elastically operating the pressing piece.
5. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of ratchet gears for preventing reverse rotation is provided to a lower side of ratchet wheel and an upper side of the supporting cap through which the ratchet rod is installed.

The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a fitting end of the mixing member is supported, in an inserting manner, by a head part of a valve inserted into an inside of the mixing chamber so that exit of a transferring tube is opened, and a fixing end of the mixing member is supported by a slit part of a plastering tool, so that the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber are mixed by rotation of the mixing member installed on a transferring path.
7. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a ratchet wheel having a hooking groove for being joined to a hooking protuberance is installed on the valve, and the ratchet wheel is supported by an elastic member, for being stuck on and supported by a supporting tube at a lower end.
8. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a protuberance for preventing reverse rotation is formed on a rear side of the ratchet wheel installed, in a passing through manner, at the valve, and on a front side of the supporting tube in response to the ratchet wheel.
9. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plastering tool is attached and detached, in a disposable manner, to and from a joining tube of a cover body.
10. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein upon separation of the plastering tool, a valve is raised upward by elastic force of an elastic member, so that a head part of the valve simultaneously seals up an exit of a transferring path of the mixing chamber.
11. The hairdyeing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the mixing member consists of a plurality of spiral protuberances or a plurality of wings for use in agitation.
Description:
HAIRDYEING APPARATUS Technical Field The present invention relates to a hairdyeing apparatus and more particularly to a hairdyeing apparatus capable of easily extruding and mixing a stored hairdye and an oxidizer and of conveniently performing dyeing by providing a separate plastering tool.

Background Art Generally, for dyeing the hair, a hairdye which is a dyeing agent and an oxidizer are mixed for use, and particularly the hairdye has a variety of colors for use in various color dyeing including white hair dyeing. At the moment, these hairdye and oxidizer are stored in a separate container, respectively, and a predetermined amount is mixed and used upon dyeing.

But, in that case, there is inconvenience in treatment that the hairdye and the oxidizer should be stored and kept in respective container, separately, and there is also difficulty in use that these hairdye and oxidizer should be mixed each time upon dyeing according to a predetermined ratio. Also, once mixed and used, the dyeing agent is not reusable due to oxidation and thrown away.

For one method to resolve the problem in separate storage and use of the above mentioned dyeing agent, the Korean Utility Model Publication No. 98-60938 discloses an apparatus for mixing and spraying dyeing agent including one case for accommodating containers where the dyeing agent and the oxidizer are respectively stored, and a spraying means for mixing and spraying the dyeing agent and the oxidizer. But, as a comb for plastering the sprayed dyeing agent is not integrally provided to the apparatus, there has been inconvenience that both hands should be used upon dyeing.

Disclosure of Invention To resolve the above-indicated problems, it is, therefore, an object of the present invention to provide a hairdyeing apparatus tool capable of separately storing a dyeing agent and of more conveniently performing dyeing by providing a separate plastering tool.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a hairdyeing apparatus tool capable of repeatedly using a dyeing agent separately stored within a container.

In order to achieve the foregoing objects, the hairdyeing apparatus according to the present invention is configured such that the hairdye and the oxidizer are separately stored in one single container, and the separately stored hairdye and oxidizer are gathered into one single mixing chamber, so that they are mixed by means of a mixing member and exhausted to the outside for use.

According to the present invention, it is preferable that the hairdye and the oxidizer are separately accommodated in the container, respectively, and two compartments sealed by sealing cap having a cork, are provided on each of lower ends, and a cover body having a joining tube is covered on the upper end of the container.

Also, it is preferable that the container includes an extruding means for gathering the hairdye and the oxidizer into one single mixing chamber.

Preferably, the extruding means includes a ratchet rod; a ratchet wheel installed in a passing through manner; pistons installed in a lower ratchet screw extended to the inside of each compartment and installed thereon; an elastic member positioned in a space below a upper cap, for pressing the ratchet wheel against a lower supporting cap; and a transferring tube connected between the upper cap and the mixing chamber.

Preferably, the container also includes a button part for operating the extruding means, and the button part includes a pressing piece having a plurality of pushing pieces including ratchet gears, for rotating, in one direction, the ratchet rod and each ratchet wheel

installed in a valve, and an elastic member for elastically operating the pressing piece.

According to the present invention, it is preferable that a plurality of ratchet gears for preventing reverse rotation is provided to the lower side of each ratchet wheel and the upper side of the supporting cap through which the ratchet rod is installed.

According to the present invention, it is preferable that the fitting end of the mixing member is supported, in an inserting manner, by a head part of a valve inserted within the mixing chamber so that exit of each transferring tube is opened, and the fixing end of the mixing member is supported by a slit part of the plastering tool, so that the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the fixing chamber are mixed by rotation of the mixing member installed on a transferring path.

Also, preferably, a ratchet wheel having a hooking groove for being joined to a hooking protuberance is installed on the valve, and the ratchet wheel is supported by an elastic member, for being stuck on and supported by a supporting tube at the lower end, and a protuberance for preventing reverse rotation is formed on the rear side of the ratchet wheel installed, in a passing through manner, at the valve, and on the front side of the supporting tube in response to the ratchet wheel.

Preferably, the plastering tool for use in the present invention, is attached and detached, in a disposable manner, to and from the joining tube of a cover body.

According to the present invention, upon separation of the plastering tool, the valve preferably is raised upward by elastic force of the elastic member, so that the head part of the valve simultaneously seals up an exit of each transferring path of the mixing chamber.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the mixing member may consist of a plurality of spiral protuberances or a plurality of wings for agitation use.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention A preferred embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, same drawing reference numerals are used for the same elements even in different drawings. The matters defined in the description such as a detailed construction are nothing but the ones provided to assist in comprehensive understanding of the invention. Thus, it is apparent that the present invention can be carried out without those defined matters. Also, well- known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would obscure the invention in unnecessary detail.

As shown in Fig. l and Fig. 2, the hairdyeing apparatus of the present invention includes a container 10 for separately storing a hairdye and an oxidizer whose ingredients are different each other; an extruding means 20 for extruding the separately stored hairdye and oxidizer into one single mixing chamber 30; a mixing member 40 for mixing the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber 30; a button part 50 for extrusion and mixing operation of the hairdye and the oxidizer; and a plastering tool 60 for being provided with the mixed hairdye and the oxidizer, plastering the same.

The container 10 as shown in Fig. 2, includes compartments 11 and 12 having, in its inside, a predetermined volume for separately storing a hairdye and an oxidizer of different ingredients, and whose lower ends is sealed, in an ultrasonic bonding manner, by sealing caps 13 and 14, and closed by corks 13a and 14a; and a cover body 15 having a joining tube 15a in its one side.

A ratchet rod 21 constituting an extruding means 20 is installed, in a passing through manner, at each of compartment 11 and 12 of the container 10, and the upper end

on which a hooking protuberance 21a (refer to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4) of the ratchet rod 21 is formed, is joined, in a supporting manner, to a supporting cap 22 and the upper cap 23 respectively inserted, in a supporting manner, into the inner lower end and the upper outer periphery of each supporting tube 11 a, and a ratchet screw 21b is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end extended to the lower part of each compartment 11 and 12, and a ratchet wheel 24 is installed, in a passing through manner, at the ratchet rod 21 between the supporting cap 22 and the upper cap 23, with a hooking groove 24a fitted into a hooking protuberance 21a.

Also, the ratchet wheel 24 is always given downward pressure by an elastic member 26 positioned below the upper cap 23 and stuck on the supporting cap 22, and as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, ratchet gears 24b and 22b formed on the rear side of the ratchet wheel 24 and the front side of the supporting cap 22, respectively, are mutually engaged, so that the ratchet wheel 24 is always rotated in one direction. At the moment, the ratchet rod 21 whose hooking protuberance 21a is joined to the hooking groove 24a of the ratchet wheel 24, is also rotated in one direction only.

Referring to Fig. 2, pistons 25 and 25a for extruding the hairdye and the oxidizer stored in each compartment 11 and 12 are joined, for being movable downward, in a screw joining manner, to the ratchet screw 21b of the ratchet rod 21 extended to each compartment 11 and 12. At the moment, the pistons 25 and 25a preferably do not rotate along the ratchet screw 21b but perform straight-line motion. In other wards, as shown in Fig. 5b, the pistons 25 and 25a are lowered vertically along each compartment 11 and 12 upon rotation of the ratchet screw 21b.

Also, the ratchet rod 21 is preferably extended to have a predetermined absorbing space so that the lower end of the ratchet rod 21 absorbs the hairdye and the oxidizer on the lower sealing caps 13 and 14, and the hairdye and the oxidizer in each compartment are

transferred, in an extruding manner, and gathered to one single mixing chamber 30 through a cavity of the ratchet rod 21.

In the meantime, the mixing chamber 30, as shown in Fig. l and Fig. 5a, is configured such that a transferring tube 31 is connected with the upper cap 23 of each compartment 11 and 12 for the hairdye and the oxidizer provided, in an extruding manner, from the relevant compartment 11 and 12, to be gathered to one place, and the mixing chamber 30 is joined to the lower part of the joining tube 15a of the cover body 15.

As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber 30 are agitated by means of the mixing member 40. At the moment, the mixing member 40 has a fitting end 401 and a fixing end 402 respectively inserted, in a supporting manner, into a head part 411 of a valve 41 and a slit part 611 of the transferring path 61 of the plastering tool 60 that will be described in the following. Here, as shown in Fig. 7, the slit part 611 has a plurality of narrow gaps formed in a dividing manner, and the fixing end 402 of the mixing member 40 is inserted, in a supporting manner, into the central part of the slit part 611, for being rotatable and simultaneously, the mixed hairdye possibly passes through the central part.

Also, a central cavity 411 a into which the fitting end 401 of the mixing member 40 is fit, for preventing idle rotation, is formed on the head part 411 of the valve 41 for rotating the mixing member 40, and a hooking protuberance 412 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the valve 41, and a hooking groove 421 of the ratchet wheel 42 is joined to this hooking protuberance 412. Here, the ratchet wheel 42 is mounted on the supporting tube 43 on the lower side, for being rotatable in one direction only.

In the meantime, the ratchet wheel 42 is always given downward elastic force by an elastic member 44 and stuck on and supported by the lower supporting tube 43. At the

moment, the ratchet wheel 42 having a protuberance 422 for preventing reverse rotation on its rear side, is engaged with a protuberance 422 for preventing reverse rotation formed on the front side of the supporting tube 43, so that the ratchet wheel 42 is always rotated in one direction only.

Also, as shown in Fig. 10, in case of separating the plastering tool 60 that will be described in the following after one time of dyeing process is completed, the valve 41 is raised by elasticity of the spring 44, so that the head part 411 simultaneously seals up the transferring tube 31 of the mixing chamber 30, thereby stopping extrusion of the hairdye and the oxidizer from each compartment l I and 12.

As shown in Fig. 9a, the button part 50 is pressed for extruding the hairdye and the oxidizer from each compartment 11 and 12 of the container 10, and for simultaneously mixing the hairdye and the oxidizer gathered to the mixing chamber 30, providing the same to the plastering tool 60 upon dyeing.

Therefore, the button part 50 includes a pressing piece 51; pushing pieces 52 and 53 respectively extended from the pressing piece 51 and having ratchet gears 521 and 531 for being engaged with the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 in order to rotate them in one direction; an elastic member 55 for elastically operating the pressing piece 51. Also, a decorating cover 511 is additionally provided on the outside of the pressing piece 51.

At the moment, as shown in Fig. 9a, each ratchet wheel 24 and 42 is pushed and rotated in an arrow direction (clockwise direction) by pressing of the button part 50, and simultaneously ratchet rod 21 and the valve 41 respectively joined, in a hooking manner, to the ratchet wheels 24 and 42, are rotated, so that extrusion and mixing of the hairdye and the oxidizer are performed.

Referring to Fig. 6, the plastering tool 60 is configured such that the lower end having the transferring path 61 is joined, in an attachable/detachable manner, to the joining

tube 15a of the cover body 15, and the upper end is covered with a cover 63 so that an exhausting path 62 of the mixed hairdye and oxidizer, for being connected with the transferring path 61, is prepared, and a plurality of combs 64 having a rib-shaped cavity 641 is provided, with constant interval, to the front side of the exhausting path 62.

Also, as shown in Fig. 10, the mixing member 40 whose fixing end 402 is joined to the slit part 611 of the transferring path 61 of the plastering tool 60, is configured such that the fitting end 401 of the mixing member 40 is separated from the central cavity 411 a formed on the head part 411 of the valve 41 and thrown away after one use of the mixing member 40 is completed.

Process for dyeing a hair using the dyeing tool of the present invention having the foregoing construction will be described in the following.

Firstly, at the status that the hairdye and the oxidizer for use in dyeing are stored, in a general manner, in each compartment 11 and 12 of the container 10 through the lower cap 13a and 14a, after cork of the container is removed, the plastering tool 60 including the mixing member 40 is forcibly pushed into and joined to the joining tube 15a of the cover body 15 by a user as shown in Fig. 10. At the moment, the fitting end 401 of the plastering tool 60 is supported, in an inserting manner, by the central cavity 411 a formed on the head part 411 of the valve 41 elastically installed by the elastic member 44 (Refer to Fig. 6).

Therefore, if the mixing member 40 is pressed and joined to the valve 41, an exit of the transferring tube 31 of the mixing chamber 30 maintains open status by forcibly pressing joining of the valve 41 as shown in Fig. 7.

At that status, if the pressing piece 51 of the button part 50 elastically installed on the elastic member 55 is pressed forward along an arrow direction with the container 10 taken with one hand as shown in Fig. 9a, each pushing piece 52 and 53 connected with the pressing piece 51 is simultaneously moved and the relevant ratchet gears 521 and 531

rotate the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 in one direction (Refer to Fig. 9b).

Therefore, the ratchet rod 21 extended to the inside of each compartment 11 and 12 is rotated by rotation of the ratchet wheel 24,. whereby each piston 25 and 25a installed on the ratchet screw 21b is gradually moved to the downward of the compartments 11 and 12 as shown in Fig. 2, and the hairdye and the oxidizer respectively accommodated in the inside of the compartments are extruded. Then, the hairdye and the oxidizer flow in through a lower bottom space by extrusion operation of the pistons 25 and 25a, and simultaneously are extruded into the mixing chamber 30 to which the transferring tube 31 is connected through the inside of the ratchet rod 21 and the upper cap 23 of each compartment 11 and 12 (Refer to Fig. 2 and Fig. 5a).

Also, the hairdye and the oxidizer extruded into the mixing chamber 30, are uniformly mixed by the mixing member 40 rotated in one direction by the valve 41 that is being rotated simultaneously with the pressing of the button part 50. After that, such mixed hairdye and oxidizer is provided to the exhausting path 62 of the plastering tool 60, and uniformly spouted out to the comb 64 through each rib-shaped cavity 641 and dyeing process is finally performed through combing operation of the comb 64 (Refer to Fig. 7).

In the meantime, upon pressing of the button part 50, the protuberances 24b and 422 for preventing reverse rotation, of the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 are engaged with the protuberances 22b and 433 for preventing reverse rotation correspondingly formed on the relevant supporting cap 22 and the supporting tube 43, and each ratchet wheel 24 and 42 is forcibly supported by the elastic members 26 and 44, so that reverse rotations of the ratchet rod 21 and the valve 41 are prevented and extrusion and mixing operations are smoothly performed.

Therefore, the hairdye and the oxidizer accommodated in each compartment 11 and 12 are extruded into the mixing chamber 30 through descending motion of the pistons

25 and 25a by operation of such button part 50, and simultaneously the hairdye and the oxidizer uniformly mixed by the mixing member 40 is provided to each comb 64 of the plastering tool 60, whereby dyeing is possibly performed.

When one time of dyeing is completed, the mixing member 40 is separated from the cover body 15 of the container 10 as shown in Fig. 10. In other words, if the container 10 is taken with one hand and the plastering tool 60 joined to the cover body 15 is pulled by the other hand, they are separated.

The reason the plastering tool 60 should be separated from the container 10 is that if the mixed hairdye and oxidizer stained on the plastering tool 60 is left alone as it is, the hairdye and oxidizer will be oxidized and not be possibly used afterward. Therefore, if the plastering tool 60 and the container 10 are stored and kept separately, each transferring tube 31 of the mixing chamber 30 is sealed by the head part 411 of the valve 41 raised by elastic force of the elastic member 44 upon separation of the plastering tool 60, so that the unmixed hairdye and oxidizer remaining in the inside of each compartment 11 and 12, are repeatedly reusable. Also, after dyeing, the separated plastering tool 60 is washed with warm water and possibly reused.

Fig. lla and Fig. llb illustrate another embodiments of the mixing member 40 for use in the present invention. As shown in Fig. lla, the mixing member 40 may consist of a plurality of spiral protuberances provided on the outer peripheral surface, and design change of the mixing member to other shape, is possible.

Fig. 12 illustrates another embodiment of the button part 50 shown in Fig. 9a and Fig. 9b. The pushing pieces 52 and 53 of the button part 50 could be changed in their design to have a plurality of ratchet gears 521 and 531, not one single gears, so that much strong engaging force may be applied to the ratchet wheels 24 and 42 compared with the case that one single ratchet gears 521 and 531 are formed as shown in Fig. lOa and Fig. lOb.

As is apparent from the foregoing, according to the present invention, the first and the second dyeing agents could be separately stored in the inside of one single container, and if necessary, the dyeing agent could be simultaneously extruded and mixed by button operation and supplied through ribs, so that dyeing process could be performed by combing in a more simple and convenient manner. Also, upon separation of the plastering tool, extrusion of the hairdye and the oxidizer in each of the compartments is automatically stopped, so that reuse of the hairdye and the oxidizer is possible until their complete consumption. In the meantime, the plastering tool is separated from the container and washed with warm water, so that waste of dyeing agent is reduced.

While the invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. For example, though the structure for joining the plastering tool 60 to the joining tube 15a is of forcibly fitting type, the structure may be changed to screw joining type, and also the mixing member 40 is possibly changed to variety of forms except those shown in Fig. l, Fig. l l a and Fig. llb.
