Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a nucleic acid medicine which is capable, in a cell-specific manner, of capturing, and/or inhibiting the function of, a nucleic acid binding protein for which drug development is difficult. Provided are: a hairpin nucleic acid composition which contains hairpin nucleic acid, and a medicinal composition, a protein-capturing composition, and a protein function-inhibiting composition, each of which contains said hairpin nucleic acid composition as an active ingredient.
