Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an alignment device capable of suppressing a widening of the leg parts of hairpin-shaped heat exchange tubes, and aligning the tubes in the horizontal direction at a regular pitch. As a solution, the present invention is equipped with: a plurality of outer guide plates (94) which contact the outside lateral surface of the leg parts (22) of hairpin-shaped heat exchange tubes (20) stopped by stopper devices (40, 42), and have rollers (92) that contact the upstream side of the leg parts(22); a horizontal movement device (108) for moving the outer guide plates (94) in the horizontal direction; vertical movement devices (102, 104) for moving the outer guide plates (94) in the vertical direction; and a control unit (70) for switching the orientation of the hairpin-shaped heat exchange tubes (20) to the horizontal direction by moving the outer guide plates (94) a prescribed distance toward the insertion location side by operating the horizontal movement device (108), and thereafter, raising the outer guide plates (94) a prescribed distance by operating the vertical movement devices (102, 104).
