Abstract:
Provided is a hairstyling chair that makes it easy and natural for a client to sit deeply toward a back side of a seat section when the client sits down. The hairstyling chair is characterized by comprising: a backrest 11 that supports the back of the client; a sitting part 12 that supports a lumbar region of the client; and a leg rest 13 that contacts the client's legs. The hairstyling chair is also characterized in that recesses are provided on both lateral sides of the leg rest 13 which supports the clients legs in front of the sitting part 12, the recesses being recessed toward the center from the lateral ends of the leg rest in a widthwise direction, and the recesses being configured such that the client can stand in a standing position from which it is possible to sit deeply into the sitting part 12 when sitting down from a standing posture.
