Abstract:
Disclosed is a Halbach array disk-type coreless hollow shaft permanent magnet motor, comprising stator disks, rotor disks (9, 10), permanent magnets (12, 13, 14) and a shaft (15). The shaft (15) is symmetrically provided with a first stator disk and a second stator disk in the radial direction. A middle rotor disk is provided between the first stator disk and the second stator disk. The top of the middle rotor disk is connected to an outer rotor disk. At least two permanent magnets (12, 14) are symmetrically provided between inner walls of two sides of the outer rotor disk and the corresponding stator disks. One side of each of the permanent magnets (12, 14) is connected to the inner walls of the outer rotor disk respectively, and the other side is spaced apart from the corresponding stator disks in the axial direction. The motor has a light weight, high efficiency, small vibration, low noise and a compact structure, is suitable for some applications with relatively specialized requirements, and is especially suitable for wind power and hydroelectric power generation and wind-solar hybrid systems, and the motor can be used as a generator and can also be used as an electromotor.
