Abstract:
A half-insert (1) used in a setting middle-sole of shoes is provided with a middle strip (2) in central part. The half-insert (1) is provided by injection moulding with rigid plastic with the middle strip (2) enclosed integrally within the half-insert (1). Positioning holes (3) are located on a top surface and/or a bottom surface of the half-insert (1) in a region corresponding to the middle strip (2). A front edge (4) of the half-insert (1) is inclined. A peripheral edge (5) of the half-insert (1) is inclined with its upside wider than its underside. A layer of surface material (6) is provided on the top surface and/or the bottom surface of the half-insert (1). The surface material (6) may be fabric, cardboard or plastic. The half-insert (1) has stable structure, high intensity, wear resistance, and long lifetime. The half-insert is comfortable and beautiful.
