Title:
HALL ELECTROMOTIVE FORCE SIGNAL DETECTION CIRCUIT AND CURRENT SENSOR THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/111521
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention relates to a Hall electromotive force signal detection circuit and a current sensor thereof that allow for achievement of excellent broadband characteristic and high-speed response as well as high precision at the same time. A difference calculation circuit (15) samples, at timings obtained from chopper clocks generated by a chopper clock generation circuit (14), the components, which are synchronous with the chopper clocks, of output voltage signals from a signal amplification circuit (13) for detection. An integration circuit (16) integrates, in the time domain, outputs of the difference calculation circuit (15). An output voltage signal of the integration circuit (16) is fed back to the signal amplification circuit (13) via a third transconductance element (17).
