Abstract:
Provided are: a Hall element wherein offset voltage fluctuation of the Hall element is able to be suppressed; a Hall sensor; and a lens module. This Hall element is provided with: a substrate (10); a magnetosensitive part (20) that is formed on an upper surface (10a) side of the substrate (10); a first electrode (31) and a second electrode (32), which are formed on the upper surface (10a) side and are electrically connected to the magnetosensitive part (20), and which face each other in a first direction; and a third electrode (33) and a fourth electrode (34), which are formed on the upper surface (10a) side and are electrically connected to the magnetosensitive part (20), and which face each other in a second direction that intersects with the first direction when viewed in plan. The first electrode (31), the second electrode (32), the third electrode (33) and the fourth electrode (34) respectively extend from the peripheral region of the magnetosensitive part (20) to the central region of the magnetosensitive part (20).
