Abstract:
The present invention provides a halogen injection system for synergistic mercury removal of flue gas, comprising a halogen solution preparation module, a metered feeding module, a hot air generation module and a gas-liquid mixing module. The halogen solution preparation module is configured to place halogen solid powder in a solution to form a finished product solution having a set concentration; the metered feeding module is configured to feed, according to a designed dosage, the finished product solution to a liquid inflow terminal of the gas-liquid mixing module; the hot air generation module is used for heating external air by means of a denitration inlet pipe and introducing the air into a gas inflow terminal of the gas-liquid mixing module; the gas-liquid mixing module is configured to atomize the solution, and guide, by means of hot air, the solution into a dilution air pipe at the rear part. According to the present invention, accurate preparation and conveying of a halogen solution for synergistic mercury removal are realized; moreover, the halogen solution can be vaporized and injected into the dilution air pipe, so that the dilution air pipe is prevented from being corroded, and the pressure fluctuation of the dilution air pipe is prevented.
