Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for synthesizing a halogen-substituted saccharide from a leaving group-substituted saccharide via a halogen-substituted saccharide synthesis reaction with the use of a subcritical fluid or a supercritical fluid as a reaction solvent, an aqueous halogen-substituted saccharide solution as a reaction composition of the same, and a production device therefor.  Specifically disclosed are a method for producing a halogen-substituted saccharide which comprises using, as a reaction solvent, a subcritical fluid or a supercritical fluid at a temperature of 100 to 400oC under a pressure of 0.1 to 40 MPa or a solvent mixture prepared by mixing said fluid with an aprotic organic solvent or inorganic solvent, introducing a leaving group-substituted saccharide and the reaction solvent into a flow-type high temperature-pressure device under catalyst-free conditions, and thus selectively and continuously producing the halogen-substituted saccharide at a high yield, a high selectivity and a high speed while reducing energy expenditure and waste generation; an aqueous solution of the  halogen-substituted saccharide; and a device therefor.  Namely, provided are a method for continuously synthesizing a halogen-substituted saccharide from a leaving group-substituted saccharide within a short period of time, a reaction composition thereof and a synthesis device therefor.
