CLAIMS

1. A hammer lock system characterized by comprising;

- A hammer (4) which further comprises;

- an outer hook (4.1 ), which has the structure of two hooks on the inside and a hook on the outside, catches an inner trigger (5), on a mechanism (1 ) moves backwards linearly after the explosion,

- an inner hook (4.2) that holds on to a trigger hook (3.1 ),

- a curved point (4.3) that functions as a lock by fitting on a hammer safety’s (2) tip placed on the other end,

- An inner trigger (5) which is in a hooked form that corresponds the outer trigger (4.1),

- A trigger (3) which further comprises the trigger hook (3.1 ) in a hooked form that corresponds the inner trigger (4.2).

Description:
HAMMER LOCK SYSTEM

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a hammer lock system that does not allow the trigger to fall without the mechanism is fully seated in place.

PRIOR ART

Ignition system that provides firing in weapons comprises a trigger, a trigger lever, a hammer, a needle and a spring. The hammer, which is released from the installed position and performs the ignition by hitting to the needle or directly to the capsule, stops when it reaches 2/3 of the normal installation distance and stops without hitting to the needle. Thus, hammer lock system is activated.

When the rifle systems of the today’s technique is examined, they have the disadvantages listed below;

- Excessive number of parts,

- Cost increase due to high number of parts,

- Requires more precise machining and is difficult and takes too much time to install. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a hammer lock system in guns that does not allow the trigger to fall without the mechanism is fully seated in place. The hammer lock system comprises a hammer, an inner trigger and a trigger. LIST OF FIGURES

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The working system in standard semi-automatic rifles uses the effect that the gunpowder gas creates on a linear line which pushes the mechanism backwards, ejects the empty shell and drives the full shell to the barrel.

During rapid fire in semi-automatic rifles, the hammer (4) moves together with the mechanism (1 ) since it cannot find enough time to perform its task as the internal trigger’s (5) safety. As a result, unwanted dangerous explosion or explosion problems are encountered. In the system we have developed, the hammer safety (2) does not allow the trigger (3) to fall until the mechanism fully seated in its place.

Operating principle of the system;

- The rifle is starting to move the mechanism (1 ) backwards linearly after the explosion.

- At this time, the hammer (4) rubs against the base of the mechanism and catches the internal trigger (5) in the trigger system thus the trigger (3) is installed

- When the hammer (4) catches the inner trigger (5), the mechanism (1 ) continues to move backwards and reaches the end point.

- Mechanism (1 ) reaches the end and starts to move forward.

- During this time, the trigger (3) reaches the end on the base then the hammer safety (2) engages and locks the hammer (4).

- When the mechanism (1 ) completes its forward movement, it disengages the hammer safety (2) from the base of the mechanism (1 ) and provides the possibility of shooting to the user. As shown in Fig. 1 , the inner trigger (5) has a hooked tip which is in the form that corresponds each other with the outer hook (4.1) piece of the hammer (4) that its both sides are hooked. The inner hook (4.2) on the other side of the hammer (4) is in a form to catch each other with the trigger hook (3.1) in the inner mechanism connected to the trigger (3). The invention also has the curved point (4.3) part which is on the hammer (4) serves as a lock by fitting on the hammer safety’s (2) tip.
