Abstract:
A bearing collar self-locking mechanism for a hand fastening drill chuck includes a clamping body, a couple of gripping jaws, a nut, a front cap, a back cap and a bearing collar self-locking mechanism. The outer wall of the net is fixedly attached to the front cap. The nut meshes with the gripping jaws by its thread. The gripping jaws are clamped in the holes of the clamping body. A self-locking mechanism is provided in the periphery of the clamping body and the end of the nut. The self-locking mechanism includes a bearing collar, at least one ball holder and a number of balls installed in the ball holder. The bearing collar is fixedly attached to the outer surface of the body of the hand fastening drill chuck. The bearing collar is provided with at least one groove on its end face, and the inner bottom surface of the groove leans from the inside to the outside, so the inner side is higher than the outer side. The ball holder is made of elastic material, and it can be installed in the groove of the bearing collar and move radially with respect to the radius of the bearing collar. The ball holder is provided with holes to install the balls. The manual claming drill chuck can make the conventional bearing component have the self-locking function in addition to the bearing functionby changing its structure. The bearing component is convenient to install, has good self-locking effect, economical, has compact structure, and is easy to operate.
